Purchase Orders:  Purchase orders are accepted from educational institutions and government agencies. All educational orders must provide an official purchase order on the official stationery/purchase order of the educational institution.  Purchase Orders may be mailed or faxed to (773) 304-3558. 

Federal Tax ID:  AvScholars Publishing’s federal tax ID number is 80-0080477 for institutions to create a vendor’s number.

Payment Methods: We accept payment by checks, money orders, and major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express). Please use a purchase order or our order form to place you order via credit card and then fax the form to us.

Terms: Net-30 days from date of invoice. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all balances over 30 days. All sales are final, except in the instance of damaged goods, which will be replaced promptly. See Shortages & Non-receipt section below.

Shipping & Handling: Books are shipped via FedEx Ground for bulk order quantities and US Postal Services' Priority Mail for book quantities 1 - 5 books, in which shipping & handling fees will be added to the customer’s invoice.  Shipping is FOB Matteson, IL. Shortages & Non-receipt: Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 15 days of ship date.
