Due to the nature of the online course, software and ebooks offered on this website (www.financialaidscholarshipworkshop.com), it is not viable to offer refunds on any of these products or services. This is directly caused by the fact that products and services purchased on this site are generally rendered immediately and cannot be returned or undone.

Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed ebooks, software and software licenses can be duplicated. Once a license has been issued, it is unfortunately not possible for us to recall all copies. Therefore, AvScholars Publishing does not accept product/service returns or exchanges after purchase.

If you do not evaulate the Free Try-before-you-buy versions, you accept that the products or services may not meet your needs and that this will not justify a refund or chargeback after the date of purchase. However, if you have made a purchase and require technical support, simply visit our online Support Center for help in solving the problem. If we cannot resolve your issue, we will gladly give you instructions on how to proceed with a return.

All sales are final for our online course, software and ebooks; and refunds are provided only for accidental duplicate orders. Refunds will only be made to the credit card or PayPal account through which the original purchase was made. A refund will be issued for the cost of the item minus the original cost of shipping costs (if ncessary) and a 15% administration fee or $5.00 - which ever is greater. An administration fee will apply in such cases to cover processing costs, credit card transaction fees, and/or third-party commissions that we have already incurred. In the case of software and ebooks requiring registration codes, the respecitve software or ebooks will be revoked and registration codes for the products will be automatically disabled. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges of tangible products such as our paperback books.
