Who qualifies
AvScholars Publishing, LLC. offer volume discounts to educational institutions and non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations.

What qualifies as an educational (academic) institution?
Educational institutions are defined as an accredited school organized and operated exclusively for educational purposes. An accredited school must be: A Public or Private K-12, Vocational School, Correspondence School, Junior College, College, University, Scientific or Technical Institutions accredited by associations recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and/or the State Board of Education and located in the United States.

Administrative Offices or Boards of Education: Includes district, regional, and state administrative offices of the educational institutions defined above.

What is the difference between a multi-user and single-user license?
A single-user license includes a registration code for each copy purchased. A multiple-user license includes one registration code with permissions to install the software on multiple computers.
Can there be multiple users of a single account?

No. The Financial Aid and Scholarship Workshop's online accounts and software are for individual use. AvScholars Publishing does not allow account sharing by multiple users of a single account, and individual accounts cannot be associated with a master account. Only one user can be logged in at a time, according to the terms outlined in our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Note: If you violate the single-user account's terms and conditions, your individual account will be canceled and your payment is non refundable.
How will multiple-users for the online account license access their online account?

The organization's contact administrator should download our preformatted Roster created as a Microsoft Excel file. This excel file is preformatted with the following fields to be filled-in by the administrator: each user's full name, email address, username, and password.

Once the preformatted Roster file has been completed, the administrator should email the excel file to us at:

roster (@) financialaidscholarshipworkshop.com.

An AvScholars staff member will upload the roster to our program. Once their organization's roster has been uploaded to our program, the contact administrator will receive a confirmation email from AvScholars Publishing.
What does "per user" mean?
One user may install and use one copy of the software product on a single computer at a time and only by one user at a time.
Can I put the software on a network server?
No. You must purchase a site license is install the software on a network server.
Can our multi-user license be used in multiple geographic locations?
As long as the software is still in use by the same organization, then yes, the software can be used at more than one geographical site. Each user, regardless of location, will count toward the total number of users licensed.
If I install the software on both my laptop and desktop, does that take up two licenses?
Yes.
Do you offer more multi-user licensing than what is listed on your Web site?

Will we receive a CD-ROM for each user?
No. The contact administrator will be responsible for duplicating and distributing the software to the multiple users. However, the contact administrator may save a backup copy of the software on a CD and distribute it to multiple-users.
My multi-user version is asking for a software key. Where do I get that?
You must obtain the registration code from your organization's contact administrator. The contact administrator has the registration code to unlock the software. Only one registration code is used per Multiple-User - Software License.
