What is an eBook?
eBooks are electronic books that can be stored and read on a computer screen or printed on paper, if the author has permitted the print option.
What types of eBook format are there?
There are many different formats available, both secure and non-secure. Each format requires a method of reading the eBook. For example, a .doc eBook, created in Microsoft Word will naturally require access to the MS Word application to read it. Similarly, .pdf eBooks, require access to Adobe Acrobat Reader to view. ‘.Exe’ or ‘.Ebk’ applications will require access to the software application in which they were created.
Our eBooks were created using eBook Pro professional software and you will automatically receive secure access to the eBook Pro Viewer software.
What are the advantages of eBooks over regular books?
They contain all the elements of a traditional book but are easier to navigate and offer a high level of interactivity not possible in print editions. eBooks come in the form of simple programs that you can download and store on your PC.
eBooks can be delivered in an instant and at no extra cost via direct download from the Internet or as an attachment in an email message. There are a number of different eBook formats that work on different types of computers and use different types of 'reading' or ‘viewing’ software.
How do I get an eBook?
The most common way to get an eBook is to download it directly to your PC over the Internet. This can usually be done anytime day-or-night. Another way to get eBooks is to order them on CD.
How do I read an eBook?
eBooks are usually read on your PC either by double-clicking the eBook file itself to open it for reading or by using special eBook ‘reader software. Our eBooks come in a single .exe file that you download, in which the eBook Viewer is included with the eBook. All you do is double click on the file, the eBook will launch and you will be able to view it.

What is eBook Pro Viewer?
eBook Pro is the software with which your eBook was created. eBook Pro viewer is the software application provided with your eBook to enable you to download and access your book.
Why do I need this software?
Our eBooks were created using the eBook Pro software. Great care was taken in compiling the eBook into a user-friendly format ensuring maximum reading pleasure. The eBook Pro Viewer software is required to read.
Do I need to download the eBook viewer software separately?
No. The Viewer software will automatically download when you download your eBook.
Am I charged extra for the software?
No. The viewer software carries no additional cost whatsoever.
Do I need to Unzip the eBook?
No. Your eBook is delivered in .exe format. You are not required to unzip the eBook.
Will eBook Pro Viewer run on a Mac?
Mac users should note that eBook Pro Software only runs on a Windows-based PC Platform.
If you are using a Mac you will need a PC Emulator program.
Do I have the latest version of eBook Pro Viewer?
Your eBook includes the eBook Pro Viewer. So, don’t worry about having the latest eBook viewer.
Can I download my eBook to another computer?
When you register your eBook for the first time you must register it. You may download your eBook to only one PC computer.
What are the system requirements for viewing the eBooks?
To run all versions of our eBooks please check that your computer system complies with the following requirements: Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000 or Windows XP. You have Internet Explorer 6 or later installed on your system, Internet Connection for registration.
Printing and Copying Questions
Can I print or copy my eBook?
YES. However, you must keep the header and footer entact. In order to protect the copyright holder, our eBooks cannot be copied.
Can I print my free eBook?
At this present time, YES. You can print only your FREE eBook. If you had to purchase your eBook, you cannot print or copy the eBook.
How do I print my eBook?
You can print your eBook from within the eBook viewer, if allowed by the author. An eBook can be printed by going toFile-> Print in the eBook itself.
My eBook is not printing correctly, what's wrong?
If you are trying to print your eBook but it is printing off the edges of the page, it is your printer settings that need to be changed.
You can alter how your printer is set for default and set it so that the page will fit.
In your eBook, go to File->Print Setup->Printer Properties->Effects->Zoom Smart .
Check both the options for
1. Set it to print to Letter
2. Select scale to fit
If that doesn't work, you could also set the printer to print landscape rather than portrait, which means more printed pages, but it should all print correctly for you.

Do you supply a printed version of the eBooks?
NO. It would be very expensive to print a minimum quantity of, say, 1000 books (as required by most printing companies). In addition, you'd have to pay shipping costs and you'd have to wait for the book to arrive.
