BY SIGNING THIS SITE LICENSE AGREEMENT, the institution identified below (“Licensee” or “You”) agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in the Site License Agreement. In turn, AvScholars Publishing (“Licensor” or “AvScholars”) grants the Licensee and Authorized Users at the Licensee’s Authorized Site the right to access and use the software version of the Financial Aid and Scholarship Workshop (eLearning Course) on Licensee’s own- or leased-computers. LICENSE DURATION Each site license has a license duration that expires at the end of the 12-months from the first date the software was installed and registered on your institution's owned-or leased-computers.

PAYMENT TERMS The Licensee agrees to pay the Total Site License Fee and Support Materials (if purchased) in United States Dollars and in one lump sum to AvScholars Publishing. Upon receipt of this completed Site License Agreement, AvScholars Publishing will charge the Licensee’s credit card or send an invoice to the Licensee for the appropriate amount based on the Total Site License Fee and Support Materials (if purchased). This Site License Agreement may be null and void if payment is not received in full thirty (30) days from the date of invoice; and your copy of The Financial Aid and Scholarship Workshop (eLearning Course) Software will be de-activated.
