Multiple-Users License

The Multiple-Users License is basically a way for approved educational institutions and organizations to purchase additional Single-User Licenses of The Financial Aid and Scholarship Workshop (Online eLearning Course) at a deeply discounted price. With a Multiple-Users License, an institution's administrator can register multiple students for the online course, in which each authorized student will have a personalized online account. The more users covered by the Multiple-Users License, the lower the per-user cost and the greater your savings. The Multiple-Users License does not allow online account sharing by students or educators. Please read the Online Terms of Use for your students.

The Multiple-Users License for The Financial Aid and Scholarship Workshop (Online eLearning Course) allows your students to gain access to the online course from any computer (i.e. school, home, library, etc.) with a standard Internet connection, a web browser, and other computer and system minimums required to review the workshop's online course. The online course gives account holders unlimited access to The Financial Aid and Scholarship Workshop (Online eLearning Course), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the Internet for sixty (60) days.

The Multiple-Users Licenses are only available directly from AvScholars Publishing, in which this license may not be purchased from any other source. At no time is commercial use authorized by third parties. Commercial use is defined as use of the software, documentation, or data for any use relating to "for profit" purposes. The Multiple-Users Licenses are for educational and instructional use only.

Who is eligible to purchase a Multiple-Users License?
To qualify for the Multiple-Users License, your institution must be an accredited academic institution (9-12 public or private school, post-secondary school, higher education institution), or non-profit 501(c)(3) organization*.

Acceptable Forms for Proof of Academic Status
Your organization must provide proof of your academic or non-profit status.

To place a school order, submit a School Purchase Order (net 30 day term is only accepted) along with a completed and signed Multiple-Users License Agreement Form. Your School Purchase Order will serve as proof of your academic status. If a quote is needed before a PO can be issued, download and complete the Multiple-Users License Agreement Form and fax it to us. We will send you an invoice, which will serve as your quote to create your purchase order. If ordering online, please email or fax a copy of your online order confirmation on school letterhead, clearly noting that the online order has been placed. You must submit a completed and signed Multiple-Users License Agreement Form

*Non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations must submit their 501(c)(3) non-profit status along with a completed and signed Multiple-Users License Agreement Form. Your 501(c)(3) non-profit certificate will serve as proof of your non-profit status. Non-profit organizations must pre-pay by credit card or check. We do not accept purchase orders from non-profit organizations. Remember to submit proof of your academic or non-profit status, as your order will be placed on 'hold' until we receive it


Multiple-Users License Agreement
AvScholars Publishing requires an official representative from your institution to complete and sign a Multiple-Users License Agreement Form before any online course accounts are created for your students. A signed and dated Multiple-Users License Agreement Form must be submitted with your proof of academic or non-profit status before your order can be processed.


How does the Multiple-Users License works?
Your institution's representative will determine the number of students that will be registered for The Financial Aid and Scholarship Workshop (Online eLearning Course). Once your institution purchase a Multiple-Users License for the specified number of students by completing the Multiple-Users License Agreement Form and submitting payment via PayPal, the following steps will occur:

1. PayPal will confirm your order and then direct you to the Multiple-Users License's Order web page,in which this web page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on:
   
   How to create your Students Workshop Roster, and
   How to submit your completed Students Workshop Roster.
   
   Note: The contact administrator listed on the Multiple-Users License Agreement Form will also receive an email on how to submit your institution's Students Workshop Roster.
   
   
2. After we receive your required documents and Students Workshop Roster, we will import your institution's Students Workshop Roster into our online course's database within 3 business days.  
   
   Please Note: Your Students Workshop Roster will not be imported into our database until we receive your required documents.
   
   
3. Once we have imported your Students Workshop Roster into our online course's database, we will notify your institution’s contact administrator via email; and then your students will be able to login to their personal online account using the username and password provided in the Students Workshop Roster file submitted to us.

We must receive the following required documents from your institution before we upload your student roster to the online course's database:
A completed and signed Multiple-User License Agreement Form
Proof of your academic or non-profit 501(c)(3) status

Note: If you purchased your Multiple-Users License online via PayPal using a credit card, we must receive the required documents before we upload your Students' Workshop Roster.
